fMRI Analysis
We being by taking resting state fMRI data. After a skull strip and normalization run via Melodic, we run a FEAT analysis.

Segmentation
Following analysis, two technicians carefully review and segment an fMRI. This segmentation is exported to STL.

3D Printing
After conversion to STL, the files are ready to print! We currently print models in an enclosed, miniature 3D printer.
